Description
I have broken it down into simple terms, with repetition and short videos to help keep you on track. You will need patience to make sourdough bread, as there are a lot of steps that involve just waiting! But don’t worry, in a few weeks you’ll be baking your first loaf no problem. I’ve included definition slides as well, to help you understand some of the terms we use in sourdough baking. There is a troubleshooting section as well. I haven’t run into a lot of problems, but if you have problems, I can probably give you a pretty good idea what might be wrong!
This course also includes a few videos on how to bake other sourdough products, such as bagels and dinner rolls.
Feel free to ask any questions! I love teaching people about sourdough baking and am happy to help.
Who this course is for:
- I want to make this process as simple as possible for you, while also explaining it in enough detail so that you actually learn how to do it without having a lot of questions.
