Description
The course explains how IBP Cloud aligns with s4 hana and rise strategies, creating a unified planning foundation across all supply chain layers. Key functional modules-Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning-are explored in detail, highlighting how forecasting, optimization, and collaboration come together to drive profitable, demand-driven operations. Advanced topics such as statistical and machine learning-based forecasting, demand sensing versus demand shaping, supply network modeling, heuristics, pegging strategies, multi-echelon inventory optimization, and safety-stock automation prepare learners for real-world planning complexity.

The course also covers Control Tower capabilities, providing hands-on exposure to dashboards, alerts, KPIs, and exception-based planning to monitor performance in real time. Technical subjects include IBP Cloud architecture, integration patterns with s4 hana (Public and Private), ECC, SAP Ariba, and SAP LBN, as well as data movement through CPI-DS and the role of SAP BTP services in extending planning intelligence, analytics, and automation. Finally, S&OP design, configuration techniques, and collaborative planning workflows are taught to help organizations synchronize demand, supply, finance, and operations. By the end of the course, learners will be fully equipped to design, implement, integrate, and optimize IBP Cloud for any modern enterprise.

Who this course is for:
– SAP Functional Consultants aiming to specialize in IBP Cloud deployment, configuration, and integration with s4 hana or ECC
– Supply Chain Planners and Managers who want to modernize their planning processes with real-time visibility and cloud-based tools
– Demand and Supply Planning Analysts seeking to apply statistical, machine learning, or heuristic models within a collaborative planning environment
– Business Transformation Leaders looking to drive agility, scenario planning, and cross-functional alignment through IBP and S&OP frameworks
– Operations Managers and Inventory Controllers focused on MEIO (Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization), safety stock, and service-level planning
– IT Architects and Technical Consultants responsible for integrating IBP with SAP BTP, Cloud Platform Integration (CPI-DS), and analytics tools
– Graduate students or learners in digital supply chain programs
– Organizations migrating from SAP APO to IBP and seeking training resources for internal upskilling and capability development
