Description: The main characters of the film are the American married couple Jennifer and Fred, living in Italy. They met each other after the Second World War and got married. They have a young son, but the relations of the spouses themselves do not get along, and they are ready for new love adventures.
During the war, Jennifer was in love with the young Italian Chiro, who was beautiful, cheerful and carefree. But then they did not think about family life – they were from different social layers.
