The action of the film “Blind from Sorrento” occurs in 1844. Dri Paola plays Beatrice, a blind girl who, in childhood, has become a witness to the brutal murder of her mother as a robber. Ten years ago, another person was sentenced to death for this crime, and the executed son, who has become a famous doctor, takes an operation that will help restore Beatrice’s vision. In a suburban villa, the girl lives with her father-professor convincing the doctor to conduct an operation. The doctor soon falls in love with Beatrich, but at the same time, a real killer, fearing that she, having recklessly, can identify him, come to the estate, posing as a notary public, and tries to interfere with operations.
