La protagonista è Lisa, una ragazza che frequenta l’istituto cattolico di Saint Tail. La notte però si trasforma nella fantomatica Seya, una ladra che ruba oggetti a personaggi che se ne sono appropriati in maniera furtiva, per poi riportarli ai loro legittimi proprietari. Il detective che indaga sul “caso Seya”, è Alan, compagno di classe di Lisa. Una delle grandi abilità di Seya è la magia, insegnatale dal padre illusionista, con la quale riesce a fuggire.
